NHS Grampian’s Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Outpatient Receptionist/Assistant to join our team based at City Hospital in Aberdeen.CAMHS is a very busy service, and this is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem solving and working in a very varied role.The successful candidate will work in a busy reception environment greeting patients upon arrival, and will support with the management of the CAMHS email inbox and the large volume of phone calls received by the service on a daily basis. There will also be opportunities to get involved with a wide variety of other tasks as and when required.Reception and/or office experience is essential for this role. Applicants should possess excellent communication and team working skills, and should have the ability to work with minimal supervision.CAMHS is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and the successful candidate will be required to work within these hours to provide reception cover during our core hours.
