Location: UK (Home office, ideally within commutable distance to London)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our client‘s UK commercial team. You will focus on developing business with industrial clients (pharma/biotech) across the UK, with a primary emphasis on the London and Northern UK regions.
You will serve as a trusted technical partner to customers, providing scientific training and presentations, conducting market analysis, and attending industry conferences.
This is a home-based role with frequent business travel. You will be expected to manage your own schedule while regularly visiting customers across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
1.Developing business with customers in the UK.
2.Communication with clients on a technical level.
3.Market and competitor analysis.
4.Attending conferences.
5.Ability to work with a high degree of independence.
6.Providing scientific training and presentations to customers.
Requirements
1.Master’s degree or higher in Biological or Pharmaceutical Science (PhD is a plus).
2.Around 5 years of sales experience in bio-reagent or related fields.
3.Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
4.Proven presentation and interpersonal skills.
5.Flexibility for business trips.
6.Highly motivated and independent personality.
