The Role: You’ll manage the full sales cycle for SMB to Mid-Market deals, working closely with the wider sales team to deliver an exceptional service.

You’ll engage, qualify, and nurture leads across inbound and outbound channels – working closely with Account Executives to convert opportunities into revenue.

You’ll be:

• Engaging prospects via phone, email, social selling, and live chat
• Qualifying inbound and outbound leads, uncovering needs and aligning solutions
• Building early-stage relationships with senior stakeholders
• Supporting strategic outbound campaigns across APAC
• Partnering closely with AE’s, marketing, and digital growth teams
• Using CRM (Salesforce) to track activity, manage pipeline, and optimise performance
• Contributing to pipeline growth and overall revenue outcomes

Requirements for Success:

• 12+ months experience in an outbound sales role, must have prospecting experience. 
• Direct SaaS or financial services sales environments are highly regarded
• High energy, resilience, and a genuine interest in sales and tech
• Strong communication skills – confident engaging with senior stakeholders
• Naturally curious, coachable, and motivated to improve
• Interest in financial services, M&A, or high-stakes transactions is highly regarded
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
