aiRaiz, Inc. is an innovative AI SaaS capital raising platform which is located in London and San Francisco and it is revolutionising capital raising and investor relations for alternative investment fund managers and deal sponsors.

Among other features, the platform provides a comprehensive, one-stop solution to connect fund managers and deal sponsors with a wide range of investors, including family offices, pension funds and other institutional investors.

SALARY:

£66,000 = £30,000 Base Salary + £36,000 Year-1 OTE (uncapped)

Core Responsibilities:

• Execute structured outbound sequences across phone, LinkedIn, and email aimed at securing investor meetings for GP clients.
• Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, introductions, and pipeline value.
• Ensure exceptional client service through daily query response and proactive relationship management.
• Prepare GP clients for LP meetings and facilitate effective conversations.
• Convert early-stage investor interest into LP intro meetings, coordinating calendars and preparing GP clients for those calls.
• Deliver regular pipeline updates and insights on investor appetite and next steps.
• Drive daily platform adoption by GPs for LP research, communications, and follow-ups.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Conduct competitor and market research; lead the development of new client offerings.
• Place 100–200 outbound calls per day to targeted investors (HNWIs, family offices, institutional LPs) to introduce GP opportunities and assess their level of interest.

Requirements:

• Ability and willingness to work hard under pressure to manage multiple workstreams and meet capital raising targets and deadlines.
• Strong positive mindset, emotional intelligence and a strong relationship builder.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• 2–4 years’ experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and working in a KPI-driven, target-focused environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to update CRM systems accurately and manage follow-ups across a large investor pipeline.
• Able to commute to the London office.

Nice to Have:

• Experience as an Investor Relations Executive
• Fluency in a European language is desirable (German, French, Dutch, Italian, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Portuguese, Spanish, Greek, Icelandic).
• Experience with SaaS products and real estate agencies.
• Experience in the alternative space (venture capital, real estate, private equity, infrastructure, etc).
• Experience as an Investor Relations Executive
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Docs, PowerPoint or the G Suite alternative.
