In the role of a Lettings Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring new property tenancies are processed and commence efficiently by
- Ensuring tenants are completing referencing promptly and accurately
- Progress tenancy applications with prospective tenants and referencing company
- Ensure landlords are updated throughout the application process
- Ensure all appropriate legislative checks and certificates are in place
- Carrying out property inventories and schedules of condition
- Displaying excellent customer service at all times
A full UK driving license is essential.
