The Healthcare team leverages deep industry knowledge and long-standing relationships to maximise value for clients ranging from healthcare corporates to private equity-backed businesses.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of Healthcare and Medtech M&A mandates and originate new business development leadsCoordinate and perform business due diligencePrepare high-quality marketing materials: management presentations, pitches, and other client-facing documentsConduct company valuations and financial analysesAssist in the planning and marketing of M&A engagementsSupervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring quality, adherence to firm standards, and their professional developmentQualifications & Experience4–5 years of M&A deal execution experience from an investment bank, boutique advisory firm, or Big 4 corporate finance/M&A teamProven track record of completing multiple M&A transactions from pitch to closeDemonstrable experience managing multiple M&A workstreams simultaneouslyStrong financial acumen, capable of valuing Healthcare companies based on financial profile, strategic fit, and market attractivenessAbility to work effectively in complex situations and deliver results under pressureStrong problem-solving skills, creativity, and ability to innovateAble to manage multiple engagements and shifting prioritiesProactive, energetic, and enthusiastic; able to drive internal and transaction-related initiatives
