Interim Head of Operations – Local Authority (West Midlands)We are supporting a local authority in the West Midlands to appoint an Interim Head of Operations on a 12‑month contract, inside IR35.This is a senior interim role with responsibility for a broad and high‑impact portfolio, including Leisure, Street Scene, and Parks and Green Spaces.
