Interim Integration & Systems Accountant Duration: Minimum 9 weeks (potential extension) Day Rate: Competitive (dependent on experience) Location: Hybrid / FlexibleWe are working on behalf of our client, a growing and acquisitive organisation, to recruit an experienced Interim Integration & Systems Accountant for an initial period of at least 9 weeks.This is a critical role supporting the integration of newly acquired businesses into the Group’s ERP environment. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring smooth system migration, data integrity, and alignment of financial processes across multiple entities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the migration of financial data from acquired businesses into the Group ERP systemSupport the integration of accounting systems, processes, and controlsReview and map legacy systems to ensure accurate data transfer and consistencyWork closely with finance, IT, and external stakeholders to deliver seamless integrationIdentify and resolve data discrepancies and system issues during migrationAssist with post-migration validation and reportingProvide documentation and guidance to ensure continuity after integrationKey RequirementsProven experience in systems migration and ERP integration, ideally within acquisitive or multi-entity organisationsStrong technical accounting knowledge with hands-on systems experienceDemonstrable track record of integrating newly acquired entities into a Group ERP systemAdvanced Excel and data manipulation skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilityAbility to work at pace and deliver to tight deadlinesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsDesirableExperience with leading ERP platforms (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Dynamics)Background in interim or project-based finance rolesExperience within fast-paced or high-growth environmentsThe OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic business during a key period of transformation.
