National Grid is hiring an Instructional Designer to design and develop training curricula and innovative learning solutions to effectively meet the learning needs of the workforce.
Within the role you will also be responsible for ensuring training content complies with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
This role is a hybrid role and you can be based out of one of our training centres in Eakring, Tipton or Taunton.

A competitive salary between £54,090.00 – £63,940.00 per annum dependent on capability.
As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
