Location: the position will be based in London Paddington, UK or Lund, Sweden.
What You Will Do
As our new Inside Sales Specialist, you will be a key part of the Sales team and work closely with various people within the organization to give excellent customer service to our transactional customers across all three businesses. It is an exciting opportunity as this is a new way of working with the customers and you will have an opportunity to help shape this new department. It will be a fast-paced work environment, and you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of different customers and products to ensure excellence in customer service. You will be responsible to deliver financial targets for the transactional customers across all three businesses, Services, Processing and Packaging. A big part of your day will be following up leads with customers and collaborating with colleagues to ensure we fulfil the customer’s needs.

You need to be a team-player and be successful in building good relationships with colleagues. To build and maintain successful relations with customers and internal stakeholders comes natural to you. To be successful in this position you have solid experience in customer facing roles. Experience in an engineering, maintenance or packaging environment is a plus. You are fluent in English.
