Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist – EMEA, located in Palaiseau, France. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting customer outreach, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, supporting the sales team in achieving targets, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. Collaboration with other departments, such as marketing and technical support, will also be an important aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Inside Sales and expertise in lead generation to identify and engage with potential customers
• Strong skills in Customer Relationships and a demonstrated ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach. Fluent in French and English languages.
• Ability to build rapport, collaborate across teams, and manage client relationships effectively
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with scientific instrumentation or a background in science is beneficial but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field is preferred
