Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Business Opportunities Manager based in Belfast Metropolitan Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and managing client relationships to maximize revenue. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, creating and implementing sales strategies, overseeing and training sales teams, maintaining high standards of customer service, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. The role requires daily interaction with clients and partners, as well as delivering presentations and proposals to potential business leads.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, deliver presentations, and address customer needs effectively
• Proven Sales experience, with the ability to identify business opportunities, develop strategies, and close deals
• Project Management expertise to plan, execute, and manage efforts for new and existing business initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to train and support teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Proficiency with relevant software tools and CRM systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in the tourism, event, or hospitality industries is a plus
