This role operates on a hybrid working arrangement that will require 2 days per week travel into our Stratford campus.
This may fluctuate in line with business requirements.
Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

About our Department:
The Immigration Compliance Team sits within Arden University’s Office of the Academic Registrar. We play a vital role in ensuring that the University meets all statutory responsibilities relating to international students and UKVI requirements.
Our work spans a wide range of functions, including monitoring visa‑related compliance, maintaining accurate student records, and ensuring that all processes align with Home Office regulations. By doing so, we help protect the University’s sponsor licence and support our students in meeting their visa conditions throughout their studies.
In addition, the team manages key processes such as attendance and engagement monitoring, CAS issuance, and reporting duties to UKVI. We also provide guidance to staff and students to ensure compliance standards are upheld and that international students receive clear, consistent, and supportive information at every stage of their journey.
About the Role:
The UK Immigration Compliance Officer supports the compliance requirements associated with admitting international students to the UK under the Student visa route.
This includes conducting and assessing credibility interviews, reviewing financial documentation to ensure it meets Student visa requirements, and evaluating applicants’ immigration and study histories.
The role also involves assisting with the preparation and issuance of Confirmations of Acceptance for Studies (CAS), which are required for Student visa applications.
In addition, the officer supports mandatory reporting through the UKVI Sponsor Management System (SMS), including reporting instances of non-enrolment and successful course completion.
