Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Professional role located on-site at Rutland Hall Hotel & Spa in Warwick. The HR Professional will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, supporting talent acquisition, conducting employee training, fostering a positive workplace culture, and managing day-to-day HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in ensuring all employees feel supported and valued while contributing to the success of hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding processes
• Knowledge of Employment Laws, Regulatory Compliance, and HR Policy Development
• Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and fostering Positive Workplace Cultures
• Proficiency in HR Software and Administrative Tasks
• Exceptional Communication, Organisational, and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to manage HR data confidentiality and navigate sensitive issues with professionalism
• Relevant experience in the hospitality or service sector is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
