HR Administrator (12 Months fixed term or secondment) Full Time NEW

Responsibilities:

• Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, managing the HR mailbox and phone enquiries
• Triaging, responding to and resolving HR queries in a professional, timely and customer-focused way
• Providing transactional HR support to colleagues and managers, including supporting those unable to access self-service systems
• Giving guidance on HR policies, procedures and processes, and knowing when to escalate queries to HR Business Partners
• Supporting onboarding and leaver processes, including HR system administration and data entry
• Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring high standards of data integrity
• Helping the HR team manage increased activity during onboarding peaks and organisational change
