As a Housing Assistant, you will support with the delivery of the Customer Liaison Service by providing administrative assistance and managing resident enquiries across the service. Your work will help achieve positive outcomes for our residents.
This role represents the first step on our career pathway for aspiring housing professionals.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to, accurate data input, customer information management, raising and tracking repairs, updating systems, raising purchase orders and answering routine resident enquiries and making routine outbound calls to residents.
This is an agile role with a significant amount of field‑based work. While you will be based at our Milton Keynes office, much of your time will be spent out on your patch, engaging with residents and supporting service delivery. A full valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
