Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive and professional customer service within front of house environments.
Welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks efficiently and accurately.
Support smooth table management and maintain a positive flow during busy service periods.
Assist with opening, setup, cleaning, and closing duties to maintain high standards.
Handle bookings, guest enquiries, and special requests with professionalism and care.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards consistently.

Previous experience within hospitality or customer service is beneficial.
