Job DescriptionThis hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. The products we run over it lead the way on speed, value and service – helping businesses to innovate, communities to thrive, and people to live more connected digital lives.At CityFibre, you’ll be part of something bigger, helping to build a better-connected Britain, together.Joining us as a Head of TreasuryYou’ll play a critical role in shaping and running a newly established treasury function within a fast‑growing, private‑equity‑backed business, operating at the centre of funding, liquidity and financial governance.You’ll receive a competitive salary, a car allowance, and a performance related bonus.This is some of what you can expect to be doing:Run day‑to‑day treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, drawdowns and payment approvalsOwn treasury governance, controls, policies and compliance across debt facilities and risk managementDeliver board, lender and covenant reporting for c.£5bn of facilities, including EMIR and ISDA oversightManage banking and lender relationships, handling queries, KYC, derivatives and ancillary wallet activityBuild and mature the treasury function through process improvement, automation and strong cross‑finance partneringWhat you’ll bring to the roleAn experienced Treasury professional with a strong track record of operating in a P/E‑backed environment, bringing confidence, structure and sound judgement to a fast‑paced and highly governed organisation.You’ll also bring:Experience delivering under tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast‑moving environmentRelevant Treasury and/or Accounting qualifications (ACT / AMCT and / or CIMA / ACCA / ACA or similar)Strong technical and analytical capability, with a practical, solutions‑focused mindsetThe ability to solve problems and see delivery through to completionClear, confident communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levelsA structured approach, with the discipline to establish clarity, control and consistencyLife at CityFibre Everyone deserves to feel heard, valued and truly included.
