Role Description

We are seeking a Head of Academic Operations to lead and oversee the academic functions of CHE. This full-time, hybrid role is based in the UK, with the ability to travel to London required. The responsibilities include managing day-to-day academic operations, improving processes for efficiency and compliance, coordinating with teaching staff, setting and monitoring budgets, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational programs. The role also involves analyzing operational data, fostering team performance, and developing strategic initiatives to enhance the student experience and institutional growth.

Qualifications

• Operational expertise in Operations Management and Budgeting to ensure smooth functioning and financial efficiency of academic programs.
• Analytical skills to effectively assess processes, interpret data, and implement strategic improvements.
• Proficiency in Team Management and Communication to motivate and oversee staff, and to facilitate clear and effective interactions with stakeholders.
• Proven experience in managing educational or academic environments is an advantage.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field (a Master’s degree is preferred).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Commitment to the values of holistic healthcare and education is a plus.
