Horangee Pocha, a lively Korean pub located near Elephant & Castle, is seeking energetic and reliable Front of House (FOH) Staff to join our team. We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants, and students are encouraged to apply. If you enjoy fast-paced service, great teamwork, and a vibrant atmosphere, this role may be a perfect fit.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive table service, including order-taking and food/drink delivery
• Maintain a clean and organised service floor
• Handle customer enquiries with professionalism and friendly communication
• Ensure smooth FOH operations during peak hours
• Collaborate closely with BOH and management to uphold service standards

Requirements

• English level: Intermediate
• Able to take orders and engage in simple conversations with customers
• Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)

Working Hours

• 2–4 shifts per week
• Guaranteed minimum per shift: 6–7 hours
• Flexible scheduling available
