About The Role
We are looking for Front counter team to work at our award-winning fish and chip shop. You?ll be a key part of our team, helping to deliver delicious takeaway meals for our owners and guests.
Catch 22, launched in 2022 as our first-ever fish and chip shop, is a standout venue delivering fresh, sustainable, and delicious takeaway meals to our owners and guests. As part of our dynamic team, you?ll play a key role in serving up one of the UK’s favourite dishes in an energetic, fast-paced environment.
We?re looking for enthusiastic team members with a can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent people skills. A passion for great food and customer service is essential, and you must be available to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

What You Will Be Doing
We need someone who understands that a first-class guest experience is an essential part of their stay at Tattershall Lakes. Whilst delivering consistency and quality in a fast-paced, retail catering environment. Here are some of the things you will be doing:
- Meeting and greetings guests with a friendly welcome
- Serving at the counter in a fast-paced environment.
- Taking orders and seeing that the guest has a brilliant experience
- Keeping your area clean, tidy, and well-stocked
- Generally making sure everybody is having a great time
And who knows what else you may find yourself doing. If you are happy to help even when it is ?not your job,? you are our sort of person.
Skills, Experience, And Qualities You Will Need
We have high standards! We will train you up, but you must:
- Have customer service experience and skills
- Relish the fast pace of a busy restaurant
- Be someone who does things without needing to be asked
- Be a people person; easy to talk to and never happy until your guests are
- Have experience of working in a team

- Experience of working in a bar, restaurant, or pub
