Digital Graphic (Fashion) Designer (VIP Client – Creative & Product Development Lead)

Reporting to the Design Director, we are looking for a Digital Graphic Designer to join our team.

This role works closely with supporting the Design team, as well as working closely with our sales team, when working on bespoke projects on a one to one basis with one of our top VIP clients.

The role is Based in London – UK.

Role Overview

● Lead the creative vision and execution of exclusive digital renderings for VIP clients, reflecting the refined aesthetic and elevated standards of Safiyaa

● Own the full lifecycle from concept creation through to final garment realisation, ensuring a seamless fusion of creativity, craftsmanship, and precision

● Deliver innovative, bespoke visual concepts while upholding uncompromising production timelines

Creative Leadership & Vision

● Conceive and deliver original, sophisticated rendering concepts for each client request, ensuring every presentation introduces a fresh and distinctive design perspective

● Elevate existing e-commerce imagery through expert use of AI softwares and Adobe Photoshop, refining silhouettes, colour palettes, and detailing in line with the brand’s understated elegance

● Uphold and evolve the visual identity of Safiyaa through all creative outputs

● Balance innovation with wearability, ensuring all designs remain both aspirational and technically achievable

VIP Client Experience

● Act as the creative authority for VIP clients, delivering a highly personalised and discreet service

● Interpret briefs with sensitivity and sophistication, translating them into elevated, couture-level visual proposals

● Anticipate client expectations by proactively presenting new design directions and refined options

● Ensure a seamless, responsive experience with meticulous attention to detail at every stage

Digital Craftsmanship & E-commerce Integration

● Transform existing e-commerce assets into polished, luxury-standard renderings suitable for private client presentation – this has to be done with the help of the Adobe Creative Suite and advance AI softwares

● Ensure absolute consistency in lighting, texture, drape, and garment construction across all visuals

● Deliver imagery that accurately reflects the final product, maintaining the integrity of design from screen to garment

● Together with the sourcing team, curate a selection premium fabrics, trims, and finishes that align with the brand’s commitment to quality and craftsmanship

● Work closely with sourcing team and trusted suppliers to ensure all materials meet exacting standards

● Align sourcing decisions with both creative vision and production feasibility Embroidery & Artisan Development

● Oversee the design of bespoke embroidery, ensuring each design reflects the brand’s refined and considered aesthetic

● Collaborate with specialist ateliers and embroidery teams to achieve exceptional execution

● Review and approve all samples, ensuring fidelity to the original creative vision Production & Manufacturing Oversight

● Oversee the transition from design concept to final garment with precision and accountability

● Partner closely with manufacturing teams to ensure all pieces are produced in Lithuania to the highest standard

● Ensure timelines are managed, ensuring all production milestones are met without compromise

● Anticipate and resolve challenges to maintain the balance between creative excellence and timely delivery

Pricing & Commercial Integrity

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all garments are accurately and appropriately priced

● Maintain alignment between design ambition and commercial objectives

● Contribute to cost management while preserving the integrity of the final product

Quality & Final Approval

● Maintain uncompromising quality control across all digital and physical outputs

● Approve final renderings, samples, and finished garments prior to client presentation

● Ensure each piece reflects the precision, elegance, and craftsmanship synonymous with Safiyaa

Leadership & Accountability

● Operate as a senior custodian of the creative standards and oversee the development of it

● Demonstrate exceptional organisational discipline while managing multiple high-priority client projects

● Uphold a culture of excellence, discretion, and attention to detail in line with a luxury fashion environment

Key Skills & Experience

● Mastery of AI image making softwares and Adobe Photoshop with a refined eye for detail, proportion, and finish

● Proven experience within luxury fashion or couture environments

● Deep understanding of garment construction, textiles, and high-end product development

● Experience working with international manufacturing and artisan teams

● Exceptional client management skills, particularly within VIP or private client contexts

● Ability to deliver under pressure while maintaining the highest standards of quality and creativity
