Junior / Trainee Block Manager Full Time NEW

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Key tasks include coordinating property maintenance, liaising with clients and contractors, conducting property inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Additional responsibilities include handling service charge budgets, supporting senior block managers, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to manage property inspections and compliance
• Proficiency in using property management software
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and within a team
• A full UK driving license is required
• Previous property management experience or relevant education is advantageous but not mandatory
