The Role: A Day in Your Life
As a Recruitment Research Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in identifying top-tier candidates, engaging with them over the phone, and assessing their suitability for exciting opportunities in the private equity, venture capital, and alternative asset investment sectors.
Your key responsibilities will include:
🔹 Mapping candidate pools and sourcing top talent from leading firms
🔹 Expanding our network by conducting database and internet research
🔹 Building and nurturing long-term relationships with high-calibre professionals
🔹 Managing the logistics and administration of recruitment assignments
🔹 Ensuring accurate database input and meticulous information management
What About Experience?
We value potential as much as experience. While a background in executive search, financial services, or sales is beneficial, we’re more interested in your ambition, intellect, and ability to learn. A strong academic background (a bachelor’s degree preferred) will give you an edge.
