Graduate Programme

Our graduate programme offers a clear pathway to becoming a Financial Adviser, empowering you to build a rewarding career while making a real difference in people’s lives. With over 620 employees, including more than 240 Independent Financial Advisers, you’ll be part of a team that values excellence, integrity, and your professional growth.

From day one, you’ll receive extensive support. Our comprehensive induction program, continuous on-the-job training, and regular guidance from your ‘Graduate Mentor’ will ensure that we are with you every step of the way.

You’ll gain valuable insights and experience with our operations and paraplanning teams. Over the course of 18 months, you’ll also complete your Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, preparing you for a seamless transition into a Financial Adviser role.

Entry Requirements

• A recent graduate with a strong academic record (2:1) in any field, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Keen to take ownership from an early stage and are committed to providing excellent client service at all times.
• A strong multitasker with the ability to prioritise your time to studying and working simultaneously.
