Graduate Cover Supervisor Full Time NEW

We’re partnering with a number of secondary schools across Fleet and the surrounding areas, offering opportunities for graduates to step into Cover Supervisor roles.

No experience working in schools? That’s completely fine.

What matters here is your confidence, your communication skills, and your ability to take the lead in a classroom. We’ll support you with everything else – from training to hands-on experience before you begin.

What You’ll Be Doing

In simple terms, you’ll be keeping lessons on track when teachers aren’t available.

That Means You’ll

• Deliver lessons using pre-prepared materials
• Keep students engaged and focused throughout
• Manage behaviour calmly and confidently
• Follow each school’s routines and expectations
• Share feedback with teaching staff after lessons

But more important than your degree is your approach. You’ll do well if you are:

• Comfortable speaking in front of groups
• Calm and composed under pressure
• Adaptable and quick-thinking
• Able to build positive relationships
