Role Description

We are looking for a Gaming Growth Strategist to help scale a growing consulting business in the gaming industry.

The role focuses on identifying the right opportunities, building meaningful industry relationships, and turning them into high-quality, long-term projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities with game studios, publishers, and platforms
• Lead conversations and negotiations to convert opportunities into paid projects
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with a focus on repeat business
• Contribute to defining service positioning, packaging, and pricing
• Support revenue growth by improving deal quality, conversion, and client value
• Develop and leverage industry relationships to expand market presence

• Consistent flow of qualified opportunities
• Conversion of opportunities into paid projects
• Growth in project value and overall revenue

Scope of the role

• Owns revenue generation through new and existing clients
• Works in close collaboration with the outreach function to convert pipeline into qualified opportunities
• Collaborates with delivery and operations teams to ensure opportunities are realistic, relevant, and aligned with execution capabilities
• Responsible for the quality, relevance, and commercial viability of all incoming opportunities
• Accountable for meeting defined revenue and conversion KPIs
