Receptionist

Wills Bros Civil Engineering are looking for a professional, friendly Receptionist to join our project team on site at our office at Ballinluig, Pitlochry on a full-time, permanent basis Monday to Friday. This role is vital in providing a smooth, welcoming, and well-organised front-of-house service for our staff, visitors, and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and callers providing a professional and courteous welcome.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and manage the main project email inbox.
• Manage visitor sign-in procedures, site access passes and meeting room bookings.
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, scanning and document handling.
• Assist the project team with organising meetings, catering and travel arrangements where required.
• Maintain reception and office areas in a tidy, presentable condition at all times.

Skills and experience

• Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house or administrative role, ideally within construction, engineering or a similar office environment.
• Strong communication skills with a confident, polite and professional telephone manner.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a busy project team.
