We’re on the lookout for Full-Time Customer Service Assistants to join our team at our Soho venue. If you love people, thrive in buzzing environments, and can keep cool under flashing lights and jackpot bells, this could be your perfect next move.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the friendly face that makes every visit a winning experience. From greeting guests with a smile to keeping things running smoothly on the floor, your mission is simple: make sure everyone leaves feeling like a winner.
You’ll:
- Welcome every customer with warmth and positivity
- Be on hand to help anyone who needs a little extra assistance
- Handle cash and transactions with care and accuracy
- Keep the venue sparkling clean and safe for everyone
- Support promotions and events that keep the fun flowing
- Play your part in maintaining a secure and responsible gaming environment (full training provided!)
