We’re on the lookout for a Night Front of House Concierge who can bring warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for people. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face that residents, their friends, and families can count on during the quieter hours. From assisting with requests to offering reassurance and a warm welcome, you’ll play a key role in making the building feel safe, relaxed, and connected even at night.

What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who can confidently meet and greet residents and visitors, creating a warm and professional first impression at all times. You’ll support new residents with move-ins, including preparing welcome packs, and handle general enquiries across phone, email, and other channels.

The role also involves managing keys and parcels, responding to any cleaning or minor maintenance issues, and coordinating access for contractors and service providers. You’ll be responsible for monitoring resident feedback, managing bookings for amenity spaces, and ensuring clear handovers between shifts. Regular building patrols and CCTV monitoring will also form part of your day-to-day responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Greet residents, visitors, and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
• Handle phone and email enquiries efficiently and politely
• Deliver a high standard of guest and resident service
• Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting reception area
• Work closely with security and on-site teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support with general administrative tasks when required
• Uphold company standards in safety, security, and customer care
• Contribute positively to the team and support a collaborative environment

• Qualifications

• A valid SIA licence – Door Supervisor Licence / Security Guard Licence
• Good organisation and multi-tasking skills
• Great people skills
• Proven experience in guest services, hospitality, or front desk roles.
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette.
• Friendly demeanor with a professional attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in hotel or customer service environments is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
