The Pie Man Bistro Café is a much-loved neighbourhood gem in Chelsea Green, known for its comforting, flavour-packed food and warm, welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a versatile, hands-on All-Rounder to join our close-knit team and help us deliver a fantastic experience to our community.

If you are a “pro” in the kitchen but equally love the buzz of the café floor, this is the role for you.

The Role

This isn’t your typical rigid kitchen or floor job. We need someone who can wear many hats and thrives on variety. You will be:

• A Kitchen Contributor: Prepping and making high-quality, high-quality comfort food lunches and bistro favourites.
• A Barista Pro: Crafting excellent coffee and managing the machine during peak hours.
• A Customer Service Champion: Assisting in service with a friendly, positive attitude.
• A Team Player: Working collaboratively with both front and back-of-house teams to keep things running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• The Skillset: Experience in food prep/making café-style lunches AND professional barista experience.
• The Personality: Someone who takes pride in their work, stays calm under pressure, and enjoys interacting with customers.
• The Passion: A love for simple, high-quality food and great coffee.
• The Standard: A strong understanding of food safety, cleanliness, and organization.
