Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is well-displayed.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
• Provide product information and answer customer queries to enhance their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and provide great customer service.
• Get involved with our social media channels.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers is essential.
