Role Description

We are seeking a Freight Forwarder (Export Clerk) for a full-time, on-site position located in London. Responsibilities include coordinating and managing the export process for shipments, ensuring precise documentation, and facilitating communication with shipping lines, carriers, and clients. The role also involves managing freight transportation, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth export operations. Accuracy, efficiency, and excellent client support are key to this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation processes
• Prior experience and knowledge in Forwarding and Export procedures
• Strong skills in Customer Service with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
• Good organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with RORO, Flat Rack, and Container shipping operations is a plus
• Proficiency in using standard office software and shipping systems is highly advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
