We are hiring a Senior Personal Branding & Content Manager to elevate Enky’s brand visibility by scaling the personal brand and thought leadership of our CEO, Aïssa—and, over time, other key figures within the company.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, content creation, podcast production, and founder visibility. You will own the end-to-end personal branding engine: defining positioning, creating high-quality content, managing the podcast, and identifying visibility opportunities that strengthen Enky’s presence in its ecosystem.
This is a senior, high-autonomy role with direct impact on brand awareness, credibility, and long-term storytelling.
Define and execute Aïssa’s personal branding strategy across social media, podcasts, and public appearances
Build and maintain a consistent, high-quality content pipeline (LinkedIn, articles, newsletters, video, podcast)
Lead the production and growth of the Enky podcast (guests, production, distribution, amplification)
Identify and activate visibility opportunities through events, conferences, partnerships, and collaborations
Measure performance and continuously optimize content and visibility initiatives based on clear KPIs
Own and execute founder personal branding campaigns from strategy to delivery
Create and manage a unified content calendar across social media, podcast, and events
Produce or coordinate the production of written, audio, and video content
Manage external partners (podcast producers, videographers, designers, writers)
Track, analyze, and report on performance (reach, engagement, mentions, podcast metrics)
Proactively propose new ideas and initiatives to strengthen founder visibility and brand storytelling
Internal: CEO (Aïssa), Marketing team, Product team, Operations team
External: Podcast producers, content creators, designers, event organizers, media contacts
Proven experience in personal branding for founders or executives
Strong content creation expertise across social media, newsletters, articles, video, and podcasts
Solid understanding of podcast production (guest coordination, editing workflows, distribution)
Excellent writing and storytelling skills
Experience working in start-ups or fast-growing tech environments
Fluent in English and French
Strategic thinker with a highly hands-on approach
Creative, proactive, and adaptable
Strong attention to detail and execution discipline
Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally
Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
