FOOTBALL PROGRAMMES COORDINATOR

The Foundation of Light Football in the Community team are seeking to recruit a highly motivated Football Programmes Coordinator to help build upon the success of the Foundation Football provision.

The new role will be to lead upon the implementation and development of a range of football coaching programmes. The successful candidate will

Co-ordinate and develop the Foundation Football Programmes – ensuring excellent delivery, player recruitment and retention

Support the creation of more opportunities for players to participate in football activities and support the implementation of the player development pathway

Support the development of a high-quality and competent coaching workforce – ensuring recruitment, training and mentorship.

This is a permanent role, upon successful completion of a probation period

We are open to full time (35 hours per week) or part time (20-24hrs per week) to ensure we attract the right candidate

You will be required to work a minimum of three evening and weekend sessions per week (on average) – this is an important aspect of the role given majority of our football programme operate at these times

Will work across Sunderland, South Tyneside and Co Durham.
