About the Role
The role involves handling documentation for export and import activities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and coordinating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Handle documentation for export and import activities (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.).
- Coordinate with shipping companies, customs, and related government agencies.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Monitor shipment schedules and track delivery status.
- Prepare reports related to export-import activities.
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding logistics and documentation.
- Assist in resolving issues related to customs clearance, shipping delays, or documentation errors.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and shipments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in export-import or logistics (fresh graduates may be considered).
Required Skills
- Knowledge of customs regulations, shipping procedures, and international trade terms.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, ERP systems is a plus).
- Placement in Tjiwi Kimia Mills, Mojokerto
Preferred Skills
- Experience in logistics or export-import operations.
