Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role based in Croydon for an Executive Assistant & Governance Clerk, supporting the Chief Executive Officer, Board, and wider Executive Team.
The role combines high-level executive support with responsibility for coordinating governance processes across the organisation. This includes managing complex diaries, preparing professional correspondence and briefing materials, and ensuring the smooth coordination of meetings and organisational priorities.
Alongside executive support, the postholder will provide full governance clerking support to the Board and its Committees, including scheduling meetings, preparing and circulating papers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
