What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Events Sales Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of live events and customer engagement, helping to create memorable experiences while developing valuable business and sales skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the planning and execution of promotional events
• Speaking with customers face-to-face and delivering exceptional service
• Supporting sales campaigns and generating new customer interest
• Building strong relationships with clients, customers, and team members
• Working closely with the Events Sales Manager and wider team
• Managing customer interactions and sales records accurately
• Contributing ideas to improve event performance and customer experience
