They shape how we treat people, how we work together, and what we expect from each other.About The RoleAs a Domestic Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the service.Your role will include cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, communal areas, corridors, and staff areas. You will follow cleaning schedules and infection prevention guidance, using equipment and cleaning products safely and correctly.You will work as part of the wider team, understanding that your role plays a direct part in keeping service users safe and comfortable. Attention to detail matters. Consistency matters. Doing the job properly, even on busy days, matters.Your working hours will be worked fairly across seven days for our 20 hours per week (evenings) Shifts times are 4.30pm – 8.30pmAbout YouYou do not need previous experience in care, but you do need a strong sense of responsibility.You take pride in your work and understand that high standards are not optional.
