Dental Receptionist – Front of House Full Time NEW

Job Summary

As our Front of House receptionist, you are the heart of the patient journey. You are the first face a patient sees and the last voice they hear. Your goal is to make every person who walks through our door feel like they’ve stepped into a calm haven—not just a dental practice. You’ll be managing the flow of the day, making sure our patients feel cared for and our dentists are well-supported.

At Artistry Dental, we are building something from the ground up. This is a squat practice, so the right person will enjoy being part of that journey and helping to shape a practice that patients trust and a team that works well together.

Whilst we are looking for full-time applicants, part-time will also be considered.

The role

You will help keep the surgery running safely, smoothly and to a high standard that you can be proud of.

You will work closely with the dentist, helping each appointment feel organised, calm and reassuring for the patient.

You will also play a part in helping the practice grow by supporting a consistent patient experience and understanding how we care for patients long term.

What you will be doing

• Providing a warm, professional greeting to everyone who visits. You’ll keep the reception area looking sharp and inviting.
• Handling all enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Learning about our treatments and membership plans so you can explain them clearly and confidently to patients.
• Booking appointments accurately, keeping patient records up to date, and handling payments and finance options with total discretion.
• Supporting patients so they feel comfortable and cared for

Requirements

• Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to get one).
• Right to work in the UK
