Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in London for a Demolition and Strip Out Supervisor. The supervisor will oversee demolition and strip-out activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with standards. Responsibilities include team management, adherence to health and safety regulations, coordination with project managers, monitoring site operations, and preparing daily progress reports. The role requires effective communication with workers, subcontractors, and clients to meet project deadlines and quality benchmarks. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Demolition, Strip Out, and Structural AlterationsFamiliarity with health and safety regulations and supervisory expertise in a construction or demolition settingProven ability to manage workforces, conduct site inspections, and delegate tasks effectivelyExceptional communication and collaboration skills to liaise with all project stakeholdersCSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS certifications are required; additional qualifications such as Asbestos Awareness or first aid certification are a plusMust hold a CCDO card or equivalentProactive problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong organizational skillsPrevious experience in a similar role with a comprehensive understanding of site operations
