Your main responsibility will be triaging incoming patient clinical documentation – reviewing reports and summaries, deciding what action is needed, and making sure urgent items reach the right clinician quickly.You’ll help keep patient records accurate and up to date by coding, summarising, and uploading information into EMIS, and you’ll support essential admin processes.
