Your work will help create distinctive, world‑class customer experiences, combining physical assets with innovative technology and audio‑visual solutions, delivered within a live operational environment.You will take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery, translating commercial ambition into clear, deliverable plans and making timely, informed decisions to drive progress. The role requires confident leadership, sound judgement and the ability to balance risk, opportunity and customer impact when navigating ambiguity.You will work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including borough and stakeholder engagement teams, contracted operators, governance boards, engineering, marketing and specialist delivery partners.
