Customer Support and Production Assistant Full Time

Job Summary
Dominion Retail Ltd (Trading as Party People) is an online retailer of novelty & personalised goods. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Production Assistant to support our operational team. The successful candidate will be picking and packing orders, managing stock control, communicating with customers via phone and email.

Duties will include:

• Answering customer queries via phone & email
• Creating Personalised items for customers on a PC utilising Photoshop & various printing and cutting equipment (full training provided)
• Managing Customer orders
• Manufacturing of novelty goods for stock holding
• Creating personalised items based on customer requirements
• Order Picking & Packing
• Other Ad-hoc duties
• Replenishing stock/ managing stock control

Experience in:

• Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop & general PC usage would be useful but not essential.
• Customer service experience is desirable, highlighting a professional approach to client interactions. This role requires a motivated individual eager to contribute positively to our team while developing valuable skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Applicant will need to be available to work 5 x 7.5 Hour shifts between the opening times of 8am to 5pm across 7 days including weekends and bank holidays.

Shift pattern alters weekly on a rota basis (minimum of 1 weeks notice). Hours will include some weekends. Please note, this role will include long periods of standing due to packing/picking and production.
