2. About the Opportunity:
The Customer Service Representative – Remote Eligible is responsible for supporting key initiatives that distinguish the organization as a leader in customer service. This role handles incoming communication from customers, known as Neighbors, and ensures their inquiries and concerns are addressed efficiently and professionally. The position contributes by maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention through effective issue resolution and information dissemination.
3. Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries about store services, products, loyalty programs, and other offerings via phone and email
• Collaborate with stores and field management to resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain records of customer contacts and track the nature of inquiries
• Provide reports on inquiries and resolution times
• Support customer retention efforts through service programs
• Stay informed about company services, promotions, and programs
• Manage product recalls
• Advise customers on company information
4. Requirements:
• High school diploma required; degree preferred
• 3-5 years of related experience in service delivery
• Strong customer service orientation
• Effective oral and written communication skills with professionalism and diplomacy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proven multitasking capabilities
• Good judgment and critical thinking in handling inquiries and problem-solving
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in data entry
• Solid skills with MS Office products
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Minimum pay rate of $17.00 per hour
• Maximum pay rate of $18.00 per hour
