Customer Service and Sales Full Time

Customer Services and Sales position has become available at our successful Janitorial Company based in Purley Way Croydon.

This is a permanent position and the right candidate will become part of a dynamic team within our award winning company.

Responsibilities

• Support the business in its general operations and contribute to its smooth running and development on a day to day basis including:-
• All aspects of administration paperwork as directed.
• Making and taking telephone calls to and from customers and suppliers.
• Contacting existing customers for their regular orders , upselling and problem solving.
• Entering Orders onto computer system.
• Generating & converting Quotes for New and Existing clients.
• Meeting and greeting visitors.

Requirements

• Experience of working in an office environment.
• Professional phone Manner.
• Cleaning Industry knowledge advantageous.
• Customer Service Focused.
• Computer Literate, good working knowledge of Microsoft programs, Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Great Communication and Problem solving skills.
• Cando attitude.

Package

• Hours 9.30am-2.30pm
• 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
• Pension scheme
