Cross Department Task Manager Full Time NEW

Role Overview

You will be responsible for overseeing and understanding the full workflow across all departments, including marketing, product development, purchase, design, and customer support.

This role requires a hands on individual who has prior experience working across multiple functions and can step in to execute, troubleshoot, and optimize processes when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of workflows across all departments
• Monitor daily operations and ensure tasks are delivered on time and to standard
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
• Coordinate between teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution
• Step into operational tasks when required to support delivery
• Track progress and time spent of ongoing projects and report updates to leadership
• Ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical teams
• Standardize processes and improve overall operational efficiency

Departmental Oversight

The role includes working closely with:

• Marketing: Campaign execution, performance tracking, and content strategy
• Product Development: Product planning, testing, and launches, product desc, meta data, title
• Technology / Development: Including backend, frontend, and API integrations
• Design: UI/UX, branding, and creative assets
• Customer Support: Issue resolution and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience working across multiple departments (marketing, tech, product, etc.)
• Strong understanding of both business and technical workflows
• Ability to communicate effectively with specialists (developers, designers, marketers)
• Hands-on approach with the ability to execute tasks when needed
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Experience managing tasks, deadlines, and cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fast paced e-commerce or retail
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, or technical processes
• Experience with project management or task management tools

Pay: £24,420.00-£54,934.47 per year
