Project Manager – Creative Construction / Experiential BuildsAbout the RoleA dynamic creative construction studio is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of set builds, installations, activations, and experiential projects across film, TV commercials, events, brand experiences, and exhibitions.This is a hands-on delivery role working closely with clients, designers, and production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high creative and technical standard.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end delivery of set builds, installations, and experiential projectsWork closely with clients and design teams to interpret concepts and bring them into buildable solutionsManage workshop production and onsite installation phases, ensuring smooth execution across all stagesInterpret construction drawings and technical plans, communicating clearly to all stakeholdersCoordinate and manage crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project deliveryTake ownership of project budgets, tracking costs and completing post-project financial reconciliationEnsure strict adherence to health & safety standards across all site and workshop activitiesMaintain clear and consistent communication with clients, internal teams, and external partnersMake confident, timely decisions to resolve issues and keep projects on trackMonitor quality and detail throughout both production and onsite delivery phasesRequirementsMinimum 4 years’ experience in film, TV, events, exhibitions, brand experiences, or similar experiential environmentsStrong background in construction, workshop production, or technical build environmentsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and construction plansExperience managing workshop teams, onsite crews, subcontractors, and suppliersStrong technical production knowledge and understanding of build processesSolid understanding of health & safety requirements and documentationStrong budgeting and cost management experience, including post-project reconciliationExcellent communication skills with clients and internal teamsFast-thinking, decisive, and confident under pressure
