What You’ll Do

* Build and deploy AI/ML systems used in live environments

* Work on LLM-driven tools (automation, decisioning, optimisation)

* Turn messy, real-world data into usable models

* Integrate AI into APIs, platforms, and internal tools

* Improve performance, reduce cost, and scale what works

What We Expect (Non-Negotiable)

* 3–5 years hands-on AI/ML experience

* You’ve deployed models into production (not just notebooks)

* Strong Python and solid engineering fundamentals

* Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow

* Experience building APIs / backend services

* Comfortable working with large, messy datasets

Modern AI Capability (Critical)

* Hands-on with LLMs (e.g. GPT models)

* Experience with:

* Prompt engineering

* RAG (retrieval-augmented generation)

* Adapting models to real business use cases

Deployment & Scale

* Experience deploying to cloud (Amazon Web Services / Microsoft Azure / Google Cloud Platform)

* Familiar with Docker and production environments

* Understand latency, cost, and scaling trade-offs
