Role: Junior Multimedia Designer & Content Associate

Client: Global Pharmaceutical Company

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Multimedia Designer and Content Associate to join our dynamic team. This role combines multimedia design skills with content creation to produce engaging visual and written materials in developing digital learning assets for Pharmaceutical’s Digital Learning Development (DLD) function. Digital Learning Development is a multi-disciplinary team, serving the needs of the client’s Global Pharmaceutical, Quality and Commercialization learning academies.

Key Tasks

• Manage the visual design of learning content and assets

• Create innovative and visually appealing communications, animations, infographics and supportive resources

• Build learning modules from detailed Storyboards and populate with associated graphics.

• Ensure final aesthetic appeal and usability with suitable images, typography, space, layout and color aligned to Bayer brand guidelines and suitable for a global audience

• Collaborate with Learning Consultants/Designers to enhance content by creating iconography and diagrams that pictorially represent complex technical and strategic solutions

• Support the sourcing and maintenance of appropriate stock imagery for inclusion in digital learning assets

• Participate in proofreading and User Acceptance Testing of DLD digital/e-learning content

• Ensure consistency of final specifications/storyboards to final DLD learning assets

Qualification & Competencies:

• Higher education qualification in visual/graphic design or art direction

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Audition, Premier and InDesign

• Practical bespoke application of AI tools and workplace AI Applications is a distinct advantage

• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing digital authoring and creative design tools, such as Articulate 360, Rise, gomo, Synthesia, Captivate, and other leading platforms, is considered a significant asset.

• Exceptional PowerPoint skills

• Passionate and enthusiastic for design, with a creative flair

• Strong desire to self-develop your skills and embrace new technologies

• Ability to work well within a team as well as independently to meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure

• Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in our highly regulated environment
